16ml Liquid biopsy (cfDNA) RAS/BRAF Mutation Analysis is a next-generation sequencing (NGS) based test designed to detect single nucleotide variants (SNVs) and insertions/deletions (indels) within the hotspots regions in the KRAS, NRAS and BRAF genes in circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) with a limit of detection equal of 0.1% allele frequency.
