Preparation & Notes
Collect bood in lavender-top (EDTA) tube. Invert several times to mix blood. Forward unprocessed in original vacutainer at ambient tempereture. Specimen should received in lab within 72 hours from time of collection. Note:Direct mutation analysis for C677T in exon #5 of MTHFR gene
