15- unstained slides , 1 H&E stained slide RAS/BRAF Mutation Analysis is a next-generation sequencing (NGS) based test desinged to detect single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions/deletions (indels) within hotspots regions in the KRAS, NRAS and BRAF genes from FFPE Block samples with a limit of detection equal of 5% allele frequency.
